Can any attorney do a prenup for us?

Any attorney can be taken on to do your prenup, but that doesn't mean that they have the ability to do it well.

Yes, any attorney can prepare a pre-nuptial agreement. However, it is more likely to be upheld (if challenged) if you have it prepared by an experienced family law attorney.
