Keep moving forward, that is. Do not avoid the problem. Stay knowledgeable of where you are in the process, what the next steps are, and what your next decision is likely to be.
Keep living-before you were in this difficult time, you were probably doing things that relieved stress and made you happy. Exercise, yoga, reading, cooking: these were some of the things you once enjoyed doing. Keep doing them.
Keep sharing-do not keep this conflict to yourself. A friend or loved one shows the true meaning of love by extending a supportive hand and helping you manage. Also helpful are therapists, counselors, religious leaders. Support groups, too, can be a place where you can find others to identify with and rally around.
