Most divorces settle and and most divorces, unfortunately, are the dissolution of a marital partnership. It’s the dissolution of a business. Ultimately, what it really comes down to at the end of the day is, how are we going to divide what we actually have accumulated during the course of our marriage? It’s just a cleaner route to go.
