Marshall Waller taught family law as a professor of law and has written a University-level textbook in the area of California Family Law, published by Wolters Kluwer, currently in its seventh edition. He has also written a book designed for use by professionals and lay persons alike titled Essentials of California Family Law. He has published a study guide for attorney applicants studying to become certified family law specialists. His practice is in all areas of family law, including a focus on complex custody and marital property issues and high conflict matters. He is experienced in Hague Convention cases, interstate and intrastate jurisdictional disputes, and also child abduction and relocation cases.
Marshall Waller graduated with Highest Honors from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly) with a B.A. in Political Science. While at Cal Poly, he was selected for membership in the prestigious Phi Kappa Phi, the oldest and largest collegiate honor society dedicated to the recognition and promotion of academic excellence in all fields of higher education. Marshall Waller earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, California. While at Loyola Law School, he received academic recognition for his placement in the class standing and was also the recipient of the American Jurisprudence award for excellence in Corporations. After graduating from Loyola Law School, he continued his education at the University of San Diego where he received a diploma in the field of Taxation.
Marshall Waller is an appointed member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Family Law Section Executive Committee. Ms. Waller began her legal career as a law clerk for the Real Estate Finance Bureau of the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York. Ms. Waller evaluates matter progress within the firm and facilitates tactical legal initiatives. She has extensive courtroom experience as a litigation attorney in both New York and California. She has litigated hundreds of matters before courts throughout the Greater Los Angeles area and the five boroughs of New York City. As a trial lawyer, she litigated all types of civil actions, battling to protect and advance the interest of her clients through trial or settlement. In addition, she has business experience in venture capital, debtor-creditor asset recovery, asset liquidation, vendor-vendee transactional contracts, and employer-employee issues.
Ms. Waller is an active member of several community organizations including the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Charities, National Charity League, Inc., Pierce Community College, The Cowboy Lawyers Association, Ahmanson Theatre, Center Theatre Group, and the Lisa Smith Wengler Center for the Arts at Pepperdine University. Ms. Waller was educated in New York State. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Nassau Community College where she received an academic award for scholarship in Criminal Justice. Her undergraduate Bachelor’s degree is in Communications, with a specialty in Journalism, from Hofstra University where she also received an academic merit scholarship award. Ms. Waller received her law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. Ms. Waller is admitted to practice law in both New York and California.
Sandra Salinas – Attorney
Sandra Salinas is certified as a Family Law Specialist through the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California. She is a partner in the law firm of Feinberg & Waller. Ms. Salinas is admitted to practice before all the courts in the State of California and the United States Federal Court. She has extensive legal experience as a civil litigator and family law attorney. She is a recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono legal services from the State Bar of California. Ms. Salinas received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Chapman University and earned her law degree from Western State University where she was the Honors Moot Court Executive Director.

Adina Helena Rosenfeld
Adina Helena Rosenfeld is an attorney admitted to practice in California. She has wide-ranging experience in the area of family law. Her practice focuses on complex child custody disputes, including move-away cases, domestic violence, parental alienation, child visitation, and divorce matters. Ms. Rosenfeld works to keep the best interest of the children in mind and ensures that her clients are informed at every stage of the process. She is dedicated to professional excellence reassuring her clients by developing a comprehensive plan of action. She is settlement oriented; however, she is equally adept at litigation. Clients appreciate her attention to detail, as she gives sound reasonable advice, laying out the realities of various choices.

Since the beginning of her involvement in the legal field, Ms. Rosenfeld has advocated consistently and effectively for the rights of those in need. While in law school, she was involved in organizations such as the Women’s Lawyer’s Association and the Jewish Law Students Association and acted as a legal extern for Loyola Law School’s Project for the Innocent, assisting California prison inmates who requested legal assistance. Ms. Rosenfeld has had community volunteer affiliations with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Sova Food Pantry. Elizabeth Guerin Dickinson
Elizabeth Guerin Dickinson received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Stanford University, and, her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law.
