Oscar-winner Reese Witherspoon has tied the knot with beau Jim Toth at her Ojai, California ranch on March 26.

Marching down the aisle to "The Tennessee Waltz" -- an homage to Witherspoon's roots growing up in rural Tennessee, the couple made their vows under a large tent full of about 100 friends and families; including A-list celeb pals like Rennee Zellewegger and Tobey Maguire. 

Also in attendance were Witherspoon's two children (aged 11 and 7) from her previous marriage to Ryan Phillipe, which ended in 2008. Speaking of Phillipe, while it's unclear whether he was invited to the ceremony, E! News reported that he wasn't in attendance.
