Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong has filed for divorce from husband Russell Armstrong after months of trying to save the marriage.

According to Armstrong, it was a very difficult decision to make.

Armstrong said, they have tried to make the relationship work but she has realized that separation was ultimately the solution.

Their daughter remains their top priority.

On the first season of Bravo's hit show, Taylor Armstrong's stormy relationship with husband Russell Armstrong was seen.

Last May, although the couple confessed that they were undergoing couple's therapy, they denied that they were separating. At that time, a source close to Armstrong said that they have issues within their marriage that is why they have gone through therapy to work things out.

According to sources, Taylor has been wanting to split with Russell for a while now.

Taylor was recently seen flirting with Hell's Kitchen chef Seth Levine. She was spotted dancing intimately with Levine. Her representative denied the report.

Taylor's marital troubles will be featured in the next season of her reality show.
