The two married in May of 2006 and have one child together, 8-year-old Harlow Olivia Calliope.

The Medium actress first called it quits when she filed for divorce back in 2009, citing “irreconcilable differences.” But they reconciled later in the year. Arquette withdrew her petition and they reunited.

However in August of 2010, the couple called it quits again.

This is the first marriage for the Punisher star and the second for the actress. She was married to Nicolas Cage from 1995-2001. They will share joint custody of their child.
