It would seem that Pamela Anderson is getting sick of divorce. The famously well-endowed model and actor has changed her mind about ending her third marriage -- preferring instead to make like it never happened.

The former Baywatch star and recurring Playboy Playmate, now 40, has filed to annul her marriage of two months to movie producer and gambler Rick Salomon. According to court documents, Anderson cited "fraud" as the reason for the annulment. She filed the papers with the Los Angeles Superior Court on February 22, Reuters reported. Three days later, Anderson requested that a retired judge handle the annulment process, in order to keep it confidential.

Anderson and Salomon, also 40, married on October 6 while she was in Las Vegas, in between her stints performing as a magician's assistant in Hans Klok's show. She had recently told Ellen DeGeneres that she had fallen in love, telling the comedian and talk-show host on her show: "I paid off a poker debt with sexual favors, and I fell in love. It's so romantic."

The Canadian pinup filed for divorce from Salomon on December 14, citing irreconcilable differences, but posted a blog message shortly afterward saying that she and her husband were attempting to work it out. Rumors flew that Anderson was pregnant with Salomon's child, but she denied this on her blog in January.

Salomon has previously been married to Shannen Doherty (their union was also annulled, curiously enough) and Babe voice actor Elizabeth Daily. He is best known for his past relationship with heiress Paris Hilton, with whom he made a notorious sex videotape.

Anderson's first two marriages were to rockers Tommy Lee and Kid Rock. Her last movie appearance was as herself, taking part in one of comic Sacha Baron Cohen's pranks in Borat.
