Just after two months of marriage, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are getting a divorce.

Even after the wedding, the couple was already miserable and fighting constantly.

Furthermore, the couple could not decide on where to settle down. Kim wanted to be closer to her family and Kris assumed they would stay in his native Minnesota.

Apparently Kris was so caught off guard by the divorce.

Kim didn't make the final decision until Sunday night and she agonized over her decision to divorce Kris.

When Kim decided to file divorce, she was crying all weekend. She even changed her mind a couple of times.

According to sources, Kim wasn't happy. However she was also not 100% sure if the marriage was irretrievably broken.

Some of Kim's friends are upset at Kris when he said he wanted to have a simple life with Kim in Minnesota, because he immediately began chasing fame once the marriage fell apart. When the couple started talking about the possibility of divorce, Kris apparently started talking about branding the Kris Humphries name with cologne, etc.

In addition, Kris hired a Hollywood publicist over the weekend to work on his image and Kim was especially put off.

Sources say even if the marriage ended, Kim wanted to keep their communication.
