As reported by TMZ, Jesse James' ex, Janine, has declared she's bound for the Lone Start state to be closer to the former couple's 6-year old daughter, Sunny.

Previously, the courts ruled that Jesse could move with Sunny to Austin, Texas in order for the child to be closer to her former step-mother, Sandra Bullock.

Also, the former porn star's bid to receive $9,000 a month in child support, with $3,500 of that going towards Sunny's living expenses, has been deemed too lucrative by an Orange County, California judge. Instead, Janine will receive $3,000 per month, and have custody of her daughter on weekends.

Janine will also receive $50,000 (yes, that's four zeros) from Jesse to cover her legal bills.
