Just shy of the year-and-a-half marriage mark (which is about 10 years by non-celebrity standards), My Name is Earl star Jaime Pressly, 33, is headed for divorce.

Citing the no-fault divorce clause of "irreconcilable differences," Pressly filed for divorce from soon-to-be-ex Simran Singh on January 21 in Los Angeles Superior Court. The couple split just after Christmas, on December 27. 

However, family court isn't the only court that Pressly will be dealing with in the days and months ahead. She was arrested a few weeks ago in Santa Monica, California on suspicion of drunk driving, and released on bail. She's also facing a $637,000 bill from the IRS and the state of California for unpaid taxes.

Pressly and Singh have no children, which will hopefully make their marriage dissolution less contentious, swifter and cheaper (though, unfortunately for Pressly, not $637,000 cheaper).
