November 21, 2011: Divorce Finalized for Actress Jaime Pressley

American actress and model Jaime Pressley's divorce has been finalized.

Ten months after she filed papers at the Los Angeles Superior Court citing irreconcilable differences for their split, the star's marriage to Simran Singh was finally dissolved.

The couple has no children together but Jaime has a three-year-old son, Dezi, with former fiancé DJ Eric Calvo. They were married for 16 months before splitting in December 2010.

Singh will keep all the household furniture, jewelry, clothing, personal effects currently in his possession, a 2007 BMW 750LI, bank accounts in his name and the businesses Simran Singh, Singh Trauben, Malianteo and Shots After Dark.
The former 'My Name Is Earl' star actress has been ordered to pay an equalization payment of $45,000 to her ex husband.

As part of the arrangement, Singh will also retain a Miami Beach residence.

On the other hand, Pressley is entitled to keep all the household furniture, jewelry, clothing and personal effects, a 2008 Chrysler Town Country car, any bank accounts in her name, the business known as J'aime Productions, any 'celebrity goodwill' associated with her name and their home in Sherman Oaks, California.

Pressley was arrested in Santa Monica, California on the night of January 5, 2011 for suspicion of driving under the influence. On August 25, 2011, she pleaded no contest and received three years of informal probation.
