By Josh D. Simon Mixing business with pleasure has turned sour for The Office star Angela Kinsey and hubby Warren Lieberstein, a producer and writer of the hit show. The two are headed for divorce court. In divorce papers filed last Thursday in Los Angeles, Kinsey cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the marriage breakdown. Irreconcilable differences is allowed under no-fault divorce laws, which allow either spouse to seek a divorce without having to prove that the other is at fault. Currently, every state except New York allows no-fault divorce (however, New York is in the midst of adopting no-fault -- read more here.) Kinsey, 39, and Liberstein, 41, were married in 2000, and separated in February, 2009. Kinsey is requestubg joint legal and physical custody of Isabel, the couple's 2-year old daughter. |
