so i have my first temporary divorce hearing this monday. Heres my situation just need advice... I am in a same-sex relationship and divorcing the opposite sex. My husband and I have 2 children together, and the same-sex relationship started over a year ago. This was a love less - sex less relationship with my husband. He had no respect or courtesy, sold and smoked pot (probably still does) and beat up my girlfriends beyond belief when he found out about the relationship. He has a drinking problem and anger issues. Due to the same-sex relationship do you think that i will have issues in custody battles etc?
