i found a website that had numbers and contact person for groups held a sponsoring churches but when i called the one on university at denton bible church the number was disconnected so im not only seperated but im new to the denton tx area i would really love to find some friends that well seem to want exactly what im looking for a life after. please if youre in the denton dallas area let me know of a place divorced/seperated people go to live again. 940 435 8784

I too am looking for a divorce support group in Midland, TX. I'm not comfortable attending the one advertised through one of the local churches as I'm more spiritual than religous. I have tried many search engines, but no luck. If anyone has any other resources please let me know. Thanks!

Denton, TX : My wife packed up and left with her daughter a few days ago. She won’t talk to me in attempts to resolve any differences and in a very negative mental place. We haven’t been hitting our best for a while, but we haven’t been tearing each other up either. We’ve tried counseling a few times, but found convenient reasons not to schedule additional meetings. I’ve seen our marriage and problems as solvable, she has not. I find myself highly frustrated; have a level of regret for my side of the failures, and at the same time, trying to get a handle on what is happening and why. I would enjoy talking with someone and sharing your viewpoints as a third party to help me get through this better. I am a proud family man, father and husband. She wants a divorce, is unhappy and sees no positive resolution in attempts to rectify our marriage. This is not my choice; and need to move forward. Words of wisdom and encouragement are welcome.

I am a newly divorce female in Plano Texas, right outside of Dallas. I too am seeking a support group. I need to get connected to people and talk to others who care. Right now I feel that I am alone even though I know that I am not. I am looking for friends to go to dinner, or movies or just sit and talk.
