If your divorce is sealed can someone still find out the date it was filed?

Why would a divorce be sealed? It would probably need to be high profile or extremely incriminating. The court is the one to ask this question to probably. I would think the entire case would be sealed. Maybe, try to find out yourself by going to the courthouse where you were divorced and ask to look at the case. You will need the case number.

What do you mean by sealed? You should be able to call the court house where the divorce was filed and see if you can give them both parties names date of birth and social # if possible, and sometimes you can go online and search in the county of the state where the divorce was filed and it should give you all the details. Hope this helps!
