hello and best wishes to all! been divorced for 10 years. we have grown closer and actually became friends. was looking for stats or personal input on the success rate of a second marriage between the same couple that divorced. huge decision s o any input would be greatly appreciated!!

I re-married my ex after being divorced for 13 years. I thought he had changed (he cheated on me) after all those years, but he hadn't. After being back together for 15 years and re-married (his idea) for 13, he was still the same. We separated and I divorced him for the same reason as the 1st time. I would advise to think about this .

thanks for the insight CSI063. counseling would definately be a must before a final decision. i guess my question to you would be, did the same issues cause both divorces?

My husband and I got married in 1970, divorced in 1977, remarried in 1977 and divorced again in Sep 04. We started "dating" in Jun 06 and now we are in relationship counseling because we can't decide what to do. I a not a peace with this...I would like twice, three times if I was you.
