Title: cohabitation: I own the home, is he entitled to half?
My fiance has been living with me for 16 mos. and I own the home with my ex. Does my fiance have any rights to any of my assets or the home after 16 mos.? And at what time does he, if any, have rights to it ?

I have read case law in Tex. that would suggest that "it depends". By shacking up, you have developed a constructive trust. Does your boyfriend make any financial contibutions?
Why are you concerned with rights to the property if you are getting married?

Not if you are not married. Once you are married, he will have rights to the appreciation in value of your assets which occurs following the wedding date (and vice versa).
