Please help ANYONE. I am in Canada.. so it might changes things.. but over a year ago I started an uncontested divorce while I was living in Saskatchewan, Canada. My ex-husband was living in Alberta. Everything was going along fine - until I moved back to Alberta. I had just one step left to finish in the divorce - I just had to send in the final papers. I had to move asap for a job and had no time to finish the paper work before I left. A couple months later I returned to saskatchewan to finish the paperwork. A few weeks later I received the paper work back - it had been returned because I had moved & I guess I had filled out a couple things wrong. It has now been almost a year since I moved and nothing has been done since. I dont know what to do - I cannot afford a lawyer yet I make too much to get legal aid. As I live in Alberta I cannot finish the divorce in Saskatchewan -but I cannot restart the divorce here because the other divorce is still up in the air... what do i do????
