I have a petition from my ex-husband demanding I pay for college expenses for my daughter who he has successfully alienated from me for over 2 years now. I paid all my child support up until her 18th birthday. Now I have to go to court on January 18th to answer this petition saying I owe for 1/2 of all expenses supposedly paid by my ex. Here is the deal. As part of the divorce settlement he managed to take over $500,000 of our marital assets (We were married almost 30 years) and have them awarded to our 3 daughters! My youngest daughter received appx. $150,000 in assets. He did this to make sure I would get nothing which he succeeded in doing. Now, my company I hadf went out of business. I basically have no income and can barely pay my bills. My daughter has more money then me yet I am being told that I have to pay for her college expenses? TRhis is happening in Illinois. If anybody has any type of advice or ideas for me I would be truly grateful.

I am not really familiar with this kind of cases but i think that isn't right anymore since you're already out of cash. But if it leaves you no choice, Use a payday cash advance to pay the fees, and you can pay them back after you get your grants or loans for school.
