I have been separated from my husband for 2 years - same house separate bedrooms. I told him I no longer love him and want a divorce. He refuses to accept that since we have a 5 year old and he won't leave her. I can't stand him anymore and I want him out. I haven't file yet for a divorce but I am so close to doing it. Is there anyway I can get him out of this house? I bought the house before we married so it is in my name. He has lived here for 7 years and we have been married only 4. I can't stand him anymore, how do I get him out??? All we do is fight and I'm so unhappy and my daughter is hearing a lot of it and I feel so bad. I really want him to leave but he refuses. Is there any legal way I can get him out?

hey you both are playing with your daughter;s future ! if he won't leave you then you must go to your advocate , you say its your house thats mean he cant stand against you in court , take decision right now and dont play with your child .
