My ex's wife is a very controlling person. Whenever there is a problem with my son she calls or texts me. Or if i call a meeting with my ex she always has to be there. For Example: She texted me and told me, I need to help my son remember his responsibilties when he is with me. He has 3 things he is suppose to be doing when he is with me. Well he didn't do them and now he is being punished by having more chores. So i attempted to call my ex to talk to him about the problem. He texted me and said I agree with her. And then had to put up with her yelling at me via text.

I end up crying, feeling bad for my son that he has to deal with her, and then i get scared that she will talk my ex into trying to get full custody.

Help I don't know how to handle her or my ex. And tired of always being scared.
