Title: kids old enough to testify and make own choices
I have a 50/50 situation with 3 kids, 14, 13, 8 years. When can kids testify in court for their living situation? If ever? I am in Wisconsin.

My son will turn thirteen in September, his mother is going through a divorce from her third husband and there's allot of fighting and lack of parental supervision in the home. My son wants no part of it he's currently living with me 80% of the time and would like to live with me 100% of the time. I would never keep him from his mother but the therapist who was treating the children has stated in writing she is an unfit parent by the actions she has observed when visiting the household for quite some time no. All I care about is stability for my child so he can grow up in a loving and positive environment. Can anyone help?
