I am now in the process of getting a divorce and my attorney wants me to come up with a plan for the shared custody. Could any of you please give me some examples. We live in different states and the kids are going to spend the school year with me.

I am in the process of trying to relocate my daughter to a different state. The Parenting Plan that I presented was even year Thanksgiving odd year Christmas and 5 weeks in the summer. I also stated that he could have other holidays just to notify me and let me know which one because of the school schedules may be different in each state. My daughter would be traveling on a plane so she had to either fly non stop or non plane change and I would pay 1/2 the transportation costs
