Title: child abduction
I am a mom, in this century i have been living with my husband and inlaws under same roof for past 8 years. I have 2 boys. 7 and 4. I have no bank account. there is nothing under my name, i did masters 9 yaers ago, I am a real estate agent work from home and do all his work as he is a Realtor. For past 3 yaers we were not making much money but now we are. I had a lot of issues and now i have put my foot down and said I want to work on my own, have some money and dont want to see him. Now he said he will send me back home... which is not USA. then later he said ok if i want he can move me out with kids, but here close by and I manage his business, keep n eye on elmplyees. I said NO. then I said I want to move to east coast, lemme go and see what I can find then i will take kids with me. He says NO again. Now If i still some how manage to go as my parents sent me some money, and then file a divorce from there, will I still be getting child custody or i will be considered irresponsible mom who left the kids. If i take my kids along with me... then will it be considered abduction??? plz help.
