I'm a father that has his 15 yr old daughter and 14 yr old son living with him in MA. They have been living in MA since birth. I have shared legal and physical custody with my ex who has been living in CT for the past two years. My daughter now wants to move to CT and live with her mother. I am opposed to this and have been served a Complaint for Modification. Will the judge listen solely to my daughters wishes and allow her to move to CT, or will the judge listen to all the relevant facts that are in the "best interests of my daughter?"
