Our son is 13 months old and right now our temporary orders state that I have sole physical custody and we have joint legal custody. We are having disagreements bc I have created a parent plan based on our county's parenting plan but it pushes everything back by six months. I have suggested this bc it is impossible for him to communicate/co-parent with me. He drops our son off like a package at the front door and won't even come inside, if I don't ask he doesn't tell me anything from what he ate, if he had a dirty diaper, if he had meds, etc. Any one been through an evulation or have some ideas/tips on what I can do to help us get to the point of co-parenting/communicating? He blocked me from his email, turned off texting, and the only way I have to communicate with him is via his cell phone assuming it is on and if I do get him he is usually very rude and belittling to me. I had to turn voicemail off on my cell phone due to the nasty messages he would leave me.
