My ex cheated on me, brought up the divorce, and moved in with another man, all while I asked her to not do so and to stop. She saw him and lived in his house through the separation and divorce, and still is seeing him now, but she is turning the kids against me now that I have a girlfriend. She says horrible things about her in front of the kids, tells them that they cant do this or that because of her, she even literally told the kids my girlfriend cursed her and the kids and thats why it was so hot during the summer heatwave this year. I have tried being nice, i have tried dealing with her without my girlfriend around, but she wont stop, and she keeps threatening to cut me off from my kids and them hate me if I dont break up with my girlfriend. I dont understand, and I need help. Should i hire a new lawyer that can help with this? this kids are trained to do and say whatever she wants them to or face consequences later, so im helpless to help them from that perspective. does anyone know a good lawyer for pitt county NC that helps fight for father's rights?
