Title: 50/50 arrangement
I am in a 50/50 custody arrangement that is awful. I tried to get my attorney to go for SPO but she wouldn't. She was friends with my ex-husbands attorney. Problem is he and I don't get along at all. I have had to move to another town and drive 60 miles to work because he would not leave me and the kids alone during my week. Evidentally I have to file in the county our orignal divorce was filed. He works for the county so that makes it lovely. I have been told the only way I can file in the county I reside in is for the kids to be with me 51% of the time. I'm not sure how to do that. Any advice greatly appreciated.
