We have been married for 20 years, my wife filed for a divorce and has oved out. First i was "give me some space" then i have found outshe is in an affair with someone 12 years younger then her.Alsothat hee were 3 other afairs during the years.First she wanted an easy setttlment of all he home furnishings and nothing from the home money wise,due to the economy and refinances earlier to bal her out of money issues I am underwater in he home.Since she found ou that I have alll documented proof on the affairs she as done an about face and said she would give me everything I wanted to keep from going to court. my lawyer has suggested alimoy be paid to me.Its not vindictive of me its that she has left me in finacial turmoil.
