Title: modification in custody and back child suppport.
I just recently was awarded sole custody of my two minor children. A previous order was entered for joint custody with his home as primary residency. Child support order was entered that i pay him. I fell behind to lack of work and not putting in modification order. I have not missed a payment in almost4 years and situation with custody has drAMATICALLY changed. My question is, is there any cases where the now custodial parent owed back child support and still was able to receive something monetarily from the non custodial parent or does his income get totally credited to my arrears?
