I can not afford an attorney, I had to do a garnishment to get my support. My xhusband was 3 months behind and I received 1 check for 1/2 a month. then I received a check for 2months. I no sooner deposited it in the bank and paid my bills and a stop was issued and now I am minus quite a bit in my account., What can I do???

If you have a support order all you need to do is call the support officer and let them know what is going on. I dont know about how the stop was issued so call the support officer to see what is going on and if you can get an inforcement. If you don't have a support order you should be able to go to your local attorney generals office and file for support. I hope this helps you.

have you tried talking to your husband? these are difficult times. Maybe he has lost his job or something. I don't know, but if that is the case, then every one will have to look at ways to cut back and pull through. But if he is being irresponsible even though he has money, that's anything.
