Title: child support issues
i pay child support and always have,my ex wife constantly is asking my kids for half the money to pay for homecoming dresses and volleyball clubs and all these other things thast i believe the child support i pay should go towards these things,i am a single man and i live alone and just dont have all that extra money to be throwin around,just wonderin what to do cause its reall y becing a problem

Depends on your court order and which state you live in. In WI our court order is set on a percentage of gross, and at least in my case my ex does not have to pay half of anything else except uninsured medical bills.

My husband has been ordered to pay half of anything that is over $100. Sports clubs, camps........all the little extra things that are expensive. Child support is for the everyday things like food and clothes. I didn't ask for it, it was just awarded to me by the courts so it must be what is normal..
