My case is running in illinois court. Judge ordered to pay my husband attorney fee. I paid the initial fee against court order while the case was running. Now I am out of job and dont have any assett or any money. I was earning over 100K when I was on job but right now I dont see I am getting the job any soon. My husband gets 8.75 per hour. The case is on trial for now. Can the judge order my husband attorney fee again. Husband is not having any assetts either. How will the attorney fee divided and who will get what? The fact husband is earning and I am not will help me in any way. There are no kids involved in marriage. Can I file for attorney fee and spousal support?
