Title: Pension Plan & Divorce
My husband just retired from the US Postal Service. We were married 13 years and I assumed that I would be entitled to part of his retirement. However, we did our own divorces and did not mention anything about retirement in the decree. We divorced in 2002. Is there anything I can do. I live in Maine.

You should probably check with a lawyer, but in all likelihood, since your divorce was final seven years ago, that ship has sailed.
