Title: Massachusetts question about alimony
I live in massachusetts and have been divorced for 3 years. My ex and I were married for 20 years but 6 of those years, my ex was at home parent. Becuase of my income has substantially decreased, I'm going back to court for alimony/child modification.

Since I've filed, my ex's attorney has sent my attorney a list of 123 requests that I need to show proof/make copies for their review (and some are just out ragious) becuase I'm self employed.

My question is... what kind of questions can we fire back at my ex/ex's attorney even though my ex doesn't have much to proof. I have any attorney, but would like some other suggestions.

When we divorced, my ex recieved half of the assetts minus the biz becuase that's how she gets paid for alimony and child support (otherwise that would be double dipping). My ex get a substanial amount of money for alimony/child support even though I have our 2 kids half the time that she gets them. Any suggestions will be great!

My question is this. What kind of questions
