I am a male in Ontario who is sepparated-divorced for over 16 years. Sole custody and support parent of our two sons. I was in the process of helping them through University. Never any financial contribution from her. She had a time limited support agreemnet that was to be final. After it ran out she returned to court and tried to change it. She failed. After that she went to a different court and after refusing full disclosure she walked away from that case. The years go by, and than she takes it to yet another court and recieves aprox 1/2 my income for life, for spousal support. It is now going to an appeal. She has had full legal aid for this and other cases while I am now out $60,000.00 amd almost broke and in danger of losing any remaining assests that I have.

If any body out there has had a simular experiance, how did you make out and more important how did you servive?

yes, go talk to a lawyer.

Sounds like she is a very unhappy person and wants get back or even with you.
She is using the legal system against you at your expense.
You need to show proof of what she is trying to do.

Also, A couple of calls to a Family Law attorney will help. It's free!!!
