Good Morning. I met my husband about 8 years ago. My grandfather passed away and knowing I was going to be spending most of my life with him spent over 14,000CAD on him to get him through his hard ships. I myself have been disabled since the age of 13 with genetic kidney stones but made due the best I could to be with him. In May of 2005 we went and said our vows in a chapel. In 2006 the doctor told me that I had 24% combine function. So for almost 2 years we were on the edge.Mathieu had went to work in trinidad for a bit and was mugged. When he came home he had post tramatic stress. September he was getting so up tight because I had no control over my kidneys that he bashed my head into the fish tank among other things. I stayed in Montreal long enough to get it set for me to go home.. So we have been married it will be 3 years and together for just about 8 and for the first 3 years he didnt work. I used what money I had until he decided to get some welfare. Am I entiled to any of the below alimony or support. also can he divorce me if i dont sign the papers
