I seperated from my ex in 2005, I left with the clothes on my back, my car, my motorcycle and a tax devbt of $10k. At the time, I was partially disabled due to an injury (which over time has completely made me disabled). Went to a bad lawyer, who made me the worst deal, she got all, the house, sole custody and almost 1000.00 a month in child/spousal support. In the seperation agreement, I was to have free and liberal access to our child, and she didn't allow me to see him for almost a year and a half. In 2007, I went to a new lawyer, as I was tired of not having any time with our son, even though I was still paying. For my one pension to continue, I had to get reciepts from her, stating that I had paid the support. I asked her in April, end of may they cut off my pension. She went to Maintenence enforcement in June and provided me with receipts in July. Thus, delaying in the judgement on my pension and payments wouldn't start again until Sept. Went to my bank to find out if they could help me, to find that back in 2004, there were a bunch of cheques, that apparently I signed (16 of them to be exact) that she cashed. Going back to the lawyer, he got me one 5 day weekend, one over nighter two weeks later and the following weekend is a three day. She has gone back on that now, repeatedily, and now, on my weekends with my son, she is sending a friend out with him so she can pick them up on the sunday when I am really suppposed to return him the following day (or two days later, depending on the weekend.

As I stated earlier, I am completely disabled now, falling farther and farther into debt, can't afford another lawyer, let alone the one I already went through. I want to take her back to court, based on the time she is taking away from me and the fact I am making $20k less a year. She is now remarried and working part time (she is capable of working full time, but just chooses not too). She sold the marial home for 10x the amount we paid for it (and I had done all the renovations too it) What can I do? Can I go to court and represent myself as my first two lawyers didn't really help much, only putting me farther into debt?
