Are the terms custody and parenting time interchangeable in Colorado?

Custody refers to parenting time and decision making, custody is an all encompassing term which has a lot of different facets to it. Parenting time would be physical custody, while decision making would be legal custody. If you're speaking as custody as whole it would be both of those things together although they can be divided out for court.
