If you really need to sell the house quickly, then you should let your agent do all that he/she can to make that happen. Real estate agents understand the urgencies of divorce and they want to sell your house as badly as you do and at the best price. Look at the positive side of citing divorce as the reason for the sale. Buyers always want to know why a seller is selling. They want to try to hone in on any undesirable aspects of the house or neighborhood. In your case, knowing that divorce is driving the sale removes all suspicions that there are any other reasons why someone would not want to live there.
