| Grounds for divorce in Oregon |

A divorce may be granted in Oregon divorce law on the "no-fault" basis of irreconcilable differences between the spouses that have caused the irretrievable breakdown of the marriage. There are no "fault" grounds for divorce. Annulment Documentation Personal Data
