The situation where children are abducted from other countries has become much more common over the last little while. I can assure you that the country where your child was abducted from is a signatory to the Haig convention and we do have an expeditious method to getting these children returned. This is an area where I have done a lot of work in and been to the court of appeals several times on issues with respect to the convention.
