William M. Laufer is recognized as one of the leading attorneys in the area of Family Law.  His expertise has enabled him to represent clients in complex matrimonial cases involving questions of custody, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, premarital agreements and divorce mediation. 

His skills have entitled him to a membership in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and he is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Laufer received his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont. He then graduated from the University of Miami Law School in Florida.

Christine M. Dalena specializes in the areas of matrimonial/family law, real estate transactions and general litigation.   Ms. Dalena is admitted to practice law in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  She received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law.  Ms. Dalena served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable George P. Helfrich, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Civil Part, Morris County.  Ms. Dalena is a certified divorce mediator. She is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bar Associations, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, American Bar Association, Morris County Early Settlement Panel Program and Morris County Bar Association (Family Law Section member and Real Property Section member) and is active in numerous civic and political associations.  Ms. Dalena also serves as a Commissioner on the Madison Housing Authority.

Joseph P. Cadicina is a partner of the firm and concentrates his practice in the area of matrimonial/family law.  He previously served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Mark M. Russello, J.S.C., Family Division, Bergen County.  Mr. Cadicina is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and Washington, D.C.  He received his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University and attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he obtained a Juris Doctorate Degree with Distinction.  Mr. Cadicina is a member of the Bergen and Morris County Bar Associations, Family Law Sections, as well as the New Jersey and New York Bar Associations. In addition, he is a member of the Northern New Jersey Family Law Inns of Court. Mr. Cadicina is a Court Approved Economic Mediator for Family Law Cases and performs private divorce mediation for clients. He is also a volunteer panelist for the Morris County Early Settlement Program.  Mr. Cadicina has served as a past president and vice president of the Garfield Board of Education from 1990-1993.  When elected to the Board in 1990, he was considered one of the youngest elected officials in New Jersey.

Jennifer L. McInerney concentrates her practice in the areas of matrimonial and family law, domestic violence and adoptions.  She previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Susan Scott in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County, Family Division.  Ms. McInerney earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Fairfield University and her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.  She is a member of the Morris County and New Jersey State Bar Associations. Kimarie Rahill McDonald devotes her practice to the areas of Family Law, Land Use and Real Estate. Ms. McDonald also has experience in Estate Planning.  Ms. McDonald was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1990.  Ms. McDonald is a 1990 graduate of Seton Hall School of Law. In 1987, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University.  Ms. McDonald served as judicial clerk to Hon. Frederick C. Kentz, Jr. She is certified in Family Mediation.   Ms. McDonald is an active member of the Legal Community where she is a member of the New Jersey State Bar, the Warren County and Morris County Bar Associations and serves as Trustee for the New Jersey State Bar for Warren County .
