"What is life coaching or what does a life coach do?"

A life coach motivates and empowers you to reach your goals and achieve your dreams. Whether you want to be in a loving, intimate relationship, publish a book, or perhaps have more self-confidence, life coaching helps you quickly and effectively attain positive, sustainable results in your life.

In partnership with your coach, you determine what your life goals are and together you create a specific plan to achieve them. Since life coaching is action-driven, you then take actions daily or weekly toward realizing your aspirations. All the while, your coach challenges and inspires you to go beyond your comfort zone, holds you accountable for what you say you want in life and helps you to move through areas in which you may be blocked from producing results.

A coach does not give advice or tell you what to do. Rather, a coach believes that you already have the answers within you. It is through the process of inquiry that you begin to see what you truly want in life and what may be limiting your success. An effective coach is non-judgmental and asks the right questions in the right manner at the right time to help you discover and remove any blocks in the way, so you can move forward and achieve maximum results. Whatever your desire, a coach helps you clarify your goals and get into action to make your dreams a reality.

You can participate in coaching in person, via Skype or over the phone. Clients generally meet once per week or every other week for 45-minute coaching sessions.
