MEET OUR TEAM

Kathryn (Kate) Hill

Kate earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1989. She has practiced family law almost exclusively for nearly 17 years. Prior to co-founding the firm in 1995, she served as a prosecutor for the 19th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office for five years, where she handled misdemeanor and felony cases, prosecuted more than 80 jury trials, and supervised the misdemeanor department.

Kate is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and recently served on the Florida Bar’s 19th Judicial Circuit Attorney Grievance Committee. She currently volunteers on the board of directors for C.A.S.T.L.E. and for local schools with the Florida Supreme Court Justice Teaching program. Kate has served on the board of directors for the March of Dimes and Child Care Resources, where she also served as president of the board, and has also served on the Domestic Violence Task Force and as a committee member for the United Way.

Paige K. Colton

Paige is a native of the Treasure Coast and graduated from Vero Beach High School. She received her Bachelor of Science in Education, summa cum laude, from Florida Atlantic University and she had the honor of attending Nova Southeastern University School of Law, as a recipient of the Goodwin Academic Scholarship, which is where she received her Juris Doctor degree. While attending NSU, Paige participated in the family law clinic where she gained valuable experience representing indigent clients in family law matters, and also received the “book” award in her family law class for earning one of the highest grades in the class. Consistent with her passion for writing, Paige earned positions as junior and senior staff member of the Nova Law Review.
